FAQ

We accept a variety of insurance plans to help make dental care accessible for your family. Please check with our office to verify if we accept your specific insurance provider. It’s always a good idea to contact your insurance company directly to understand your benefits and coverage.

We require payment at the time of service and accept all major credit cards, checks, and CareCredit for your convenience. We do not offer payment plans or financing options for dental treatments.

We understand that life can be unpredictable, and sometimes appointments need to be rescheduled or canceled. If you need to cancel or change your child’s appointment, we kindly ask that you give us at least 24 hours’ notice. This allows us to accommodate other patients who may need an appointment. If we do not receive 24 hours’ notice or an appointment is missed without notifying our team, a cancellation fee may apply. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in helping us serve all our patients effectively.

If case of a dental emergency, we advise you to contact our office promptly to schedule an appointment or visit the emergency room if appropriate. In many cases, we can accommodate same-day or next-day appointments to address your urgent dental needs. Here’s what you can do while waiting for your appointment:

  • Knocked-Out Tooth: If possible, place the tooth back in its socket and have your child bite down gently on a clean cloth. If that’s not feasible, store the tooth in milk or a saline solution.
  • Severe Toothache: Rinse your child’s mouth with warm water and use dental floss to remove any food particles. Avoid placing aspirin on the gum or tooth.
  • Injury to the Mouth: Apply a cold compress to reduce swelling and bleeding.
